Comments:   I lived on wingate street for several years prior to moving to the florida keys. Sometimes I miss my old downtown haverhill neighborhood, there was really alot to do there. Living in haverhill was great, so close to everything New England has to offer, the beaches,the woods for mountain bikeing, and boston for shopping. Life in the keys is great,you can't beat the weather. But every once in a while it's nice to visit downtown haverhill and its quaint New England charm. Thanks for the picture tour!!!!

Comments:   Was born in Haverhill Hale hospital in March of 1970. For my first year I lived on 4th ave. where our house caught on fire from a lightning strike. Then I lived in Bradford where I went to Greenleaf for kindergarden and first grade. Then I moved back to Haverhill on Tyler ave where I went to School St School. Since we didn't move enough times yet, we decided to move to Arlingtom St where I went to school at Nettle. I went to high school at Whittier Vo-tech. Now I'm serving our beautiful country with the U.S. Navy in of all places Fort Worth Texas.
I just wanted to thank you for the visit to memory lane.

Comments:   I lived in Bradford and Haverhill for 10 years. Went to Hannah Dustin, Hunking and was attending Haverhill High School when I moved South in 1980. All of my formative childhood years were spent in Haverhill and many friends still live there. It was a pleasant surprise to find your web site. Comments:   Was on Mark Davis Genealogy site going over his Lull surname connections. At present I have listed 3,000 Lull last name and have not started yet listing the index for the marriages, but I have injoyed the site HAVERHILL. The Lull's were very active in th area, including Ipswich, Mass. I have the Lull's that moved from Mass to Vermont, to NY at Butternuts, now know as Morris, on to Grand Rapid's, Mich. and to Wis., and to the west coast, which is were I come into the picture. Been looking for Lull's for 27 year's and know about Haverhill. Speaking of which, is there is story missy here? Like the one of the female who was captive and escaped? Bringing her captive scape's home to Haverhill? I love the site and the way it connected for me/ and the Lull, James. Comments:   Wow, is this exciting, I grew up in Ayres Village went to Tilton School, marched in their band, graduated from HHs 1956 - was drum major for the brown and gold except they got new uniforms that were red and blue -- dah-- Miss Haverhill so much and would LOVE to hear from any and all who remember me or even think they do. Comments:   Just browsing the web & decided to look in on Haverhill. I grew up there in Ayers Village, went to Tilton Elementary & on to Haverhill Trade school. My very 1st year in the school system was spent in the school on Broadway right next door to our home. that school had 2 floors with grades 1-4 dowstairs & grade 5-8 upstairs with just 1 teacher on each floor. I left Haverhill in 1959 & have resided in Ca ever since. I do travel on business which occasionally takes me in to the Boston area, so whenever I'm there, I make a point to visit relatives. It was my immediate family that ran Old Kerry Beverage Co.

Comments:   I lived in Haverhill for only two years. I graduated from Haverhill High Schoolin 1968. After that my family moved to Florida. I have such fond memories of Haverhill. It was a very difficult time in my life, right after my mom had died, and some people i met there were very good friends that helped me through a difficult time. The only names i remember are Earl and Janet Gillis, and Stephanie Nicolaides. We lived down behind Bradford College in a beautiful area. For a while after high school i worked at United States Shoe Machinery as a secretary. Bradford was a beautiful place back then, and i hope it still is. I haven't been back since then. I do have a young friend though that is starting at Bradford College in a few weeks. I am so happy to have found this website. It brought back a lot of good memories.
