Comments:   I went to Bradford College during the final year that it was open. It was the greatest year I have ever experienced in my college career so far. I miss the campus very much. If it is ever sold, I hope that whoever owns it will treat the grounds with the smae respect as the students did when it was a college.

Comments:   Hello, I was born in Haverhill MA in 1984 (@Hale Hospital, i think) My birth mother was 17 @ the time, and put me up for adoption through an agency in Salem MA. The only other information I have is that she was Irish, and that she was determined to finish school, so she might have graduated in 1985/86. She would be about 35 years of age today. And if she looked anything like me she would have had brown hair, freckles, light skin and bright blue eyes. Any info. would be appriatiated. Thanks!

Comments:   I have made several contacts thru this guest book.graduated HHS 1937, lived in Hav. til just before the war, then to Plaistow til 89. Started Kadre Driving School in Plaistow, had that 16 years, worked in Raytheon Andover same time, in metals lab. Wife name Audry, she worked the driving school also.
Before that worked in Burns auto on Fleet St.,there was a Wayne Acox that also worked there and he has signed in this guest book, WAYNE, if you are the same that worked in Burns, drop a line I would surely like to hear from you. I made many friends when at Burns Auto, and some are down in FL. However I am now 82 and many of those people that age are gone, however would like to hear from any relatives if they recognize my name, or any of the hundreds of driving students that I taught in Plaistow

Comments:   I am looking for info on the shoe factories in the 1920-1929 time frame. My grandparents immigrated from Italy to Haverhill and worked in the shoe factories. Any books, articles, etc. would be appreciated. Their names were Tonino (Tony) Solieri and Dina Borghi.
