Comments:   I was just up there for my class reunion and I hate to say it but HAVERHILL still has a long to go. Quit looking at the srroundings and start looking at the people that walk around looking like Zombies. They are the "HAVERHILL". Every time I come back to visit I see the same thing going on, a new building going up or a road being repaved and the same people walking the street. When is Haverhill going to help these people instead of repaving the roads like they do every year? I am also disgusted by the buildings all boarded up. What every happened to "This is where I live and I am going to take care of it no matter what? Another joke. I just hope that Haverhill opens it eyes and see itself for what it really is. A junkyard for lost souls.

Comments:   Born and raised in Haverhill. Went to St. Joseph's and Central Catholic High school. Used to live at 40 Oak Terrace prior to joining the U.S. Navy in August, 1958. Was a career sailor and served for 22 years. Currently retired from the Navy and and also retired from 17 years civil service. I usually visit Haverhill at least twice a year, with Christmas holidays the next one.

Comments:   Here's one for the I remember section..I grew up in riverside i used to live on mechanic st.I remember hanging out on the wall at the top of the street that ran from the corner of mechanic st. along groveland st.and ended at the corner of greenville st.we used to go to he corner store when we were kids I remember when it used to be called Estes market. Anyone from the class of 83 want get a hold of me please do I'm anxious to find out what some of my former class mates are up to..See ya

Comments:   I lived in Haverhill for 5 years while attending Bradford College. I just found out that Bradford is closing and am very saddened to hear this. I treasure my memories at Bradford and my years in Haverhill.
